Springs Global has identified five (5) key strategic objectives, as follows:

Strategic Objective # 1: "Re-focus operations in the Mercosur region, consolidating the Company’s leadership position in the CAMEBA market while ensuring profitable longevity to its intermediate products"

Strategic Objective #2: "Leverage and enhance its proprietary brand portfolio in order to consolidate its leading position in the retail specialized in CAMEBA products, while reinforcing Springs’ commitment to customer satisfaction and to its people."

Strategic Objective #3: "Further promote and develop relationships with multi-brand clients."

Strategic Objective #4: "Expand the Company’s distribution presence in the single-brand channel, leveraging primarily on the franchise business model and on-line sales, in order to increase sales volumes and geographic coverage, while strengthening the Company’s commitment to permanent innovation and sustainable growth."

Strategic Objective #5: "Integrate the Company’s industrial and retail operations, positioning Springs as a benchmark in the areas of innovation and general management."
